Insurance is accepted for plans listed below as Credential Provider. Some insurances have very good coverage, especially under the ACA (Affordable Care Act/Obamacare). You will get a script in your email response from Lori Sullivan so you can know the questions to ask of your insurance representative to verify benefits.
